Boy oh boy do I love my generation!!! The millennial generation is from 1980 – 2000 and we are by far the most dynamic and creative generation yet. We are the first generation to grow up with computers, social media and the internet. But what I love most is how independently driven we are. Every generation before us was more inclined to follow family traditions rather than their own path. I could only imagine how hard and the lack of support I would receive if I were an entrepreneur in the past generations.

I recently had the chance to photograph a local gospel artist name Brandon Edwards. Few years ago I reached out to Brandon to help bring diversity to my portfolio. At that shoot we had a chance to sit down and talk about the struggles we were going through as a starving artist. Whether we have support or not, we have not and will not give up on our dreams.
